who want to join the 2002-2003 Boys Basketball League. Participants

The candidates for the Laguna Beach city council will be featured

on the Cox Candidates Forum. It will air on Channel 3 at 4 p.m. It

p.m. Nov. 2.

LIVABLE COMMUNITIES

Rick Cole, the city manager of Azusa and previous mayor of

Pasadena, will give a talk endorsed by the Parking, Traffic, and

Circulation Committee. "Civilizing the Car: Connecting the Dots for

More Livable Communities" will provide critical information for

protecting Laguna's small town village charm. This free event will

take place at City Hall council chambers, 505 Forest Ave.
