pedestrian improvements and preservation of the Act V, 430 space
parking lot and its tram service.
B. Achieve greater water quality in our creeks and ocean waters.
Ensure that the city remains committed to zero sewer spills,
implements the Sewer System Improvement Plan and does everything
practical to guarantee that our beaches are free from polluted runoff
water.
C. Revise the Design Review Ordinance to reflect the standards of
the community versus the false expectations it gives to property
owners.
D. Institute financial reporting in City Hall that is
understandable by all, not just CPAs.
3) Improved parking and circulation go hand in hand. To improve
traffic and pedestrian circulation, a Village Entrance parking
structure must be built with 420 parking spaces. A garage with 900
spaces would cause extreme congestion. The Act V parking lot and its
tram service must be maintained.
4) The decision that three members made, not including myself, not
to proceed with annexation of Act V.
5) Rental units should not be permitted to be converted to condos
in multi-residential zones.
