Jamie Swintek's fifth-grade class has been learning about the 13

Colonies, and created some posters relating to the American

Revolution. The El Morro Elementary School students studied the art

of persuasive posters meant to recruit men to fight in the war. The

posters are being displayed on the social studies and language arts

bulletin boards.
