Dajani named private banker for Wells Fargo
Yehia Dajani has been named private banker for Wells Fargo in Laguna Beach. Dajani began his Wells Fargo career in 2008 as a premier banker at the Quail Hill location in Irvine.
“With Yehia’s dedication and knowledge, he will maintain our high standards of service for our clients,” said Duane Allen, Orange County premier banking sales manager. “I am delighted to have him on my team.”
Dajani received his bachelor’s degree in political science and his master’s in international relations from Cal State Long Beach. He is currently enrolled in the financial planner certification program at the UC Irvine. He lives in Aliso Viejo and volunteers with the Alzheimer Assn., Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Council on American Islamic Relations.
Covington ‘top agent’ at Prudential for 2008
For the second year in a row, Shauna Covington has been named No. 1 Prudential agent for 2008 in Orange County and Laguna Beach. Covington had the top production in revenue out of all of the family of Prudential Agents throughout Orange County and Laguna Beach.
Covington has been top-producing agent in the Prudential California Realty Laguna Beach office for nine years, working with clients in Laguna Beach, Monarch Beach, Laguna Niguel and Dana Point.
She is a director for the Laguna Board of Realtors, where she serves as chairwoman of the Grievance Committee. She is also a director of Prudential’s Luxury Division.
A graduate of USC with a degree in education, Covington received the USC Educational Alumni Outstanding Achievement Award from the School of Education. A licensed real estate agent since 1988, she launched her career as sales manager for Covington Homes in Orange and San Diego counties, where she set records for selling out communities before they were completed.
One of her key marketing strategies is photography.
“Now that virtually all home searches begin on the Internet, it’s essential to create breathtaking visual images,” she said.
Covington said her global connections have also proven valuable in the current market.
