Top of the World Drive: A front license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 28000 block at 12:13 p.m. Feb. 24.

Alta Vista Way: Two cats that had been moved out of the city but had returned to their former home were reported missing in the 200 block at 9:16 a.m. Tuesday.
Bluebird Canyon Drive: Jewelry and clothing valued at $625 were reported stolen in the 1500 block at 9:52 a.m. Monday.

Marilyn Drive: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public in the 30000 block at 6:04 a.m. Sunday.
Vista del Sol: A Laguna Niguel man was issued a citation for reckless driving at Coast Highway at 1:02 a.m. Monday.
Wesley Drive: A Dana Point woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Coast Highway at 11:24 p.m. Feb. 26.
