Police seek robbery suspect

Suspect used a note, but no weapon, police say.

Laguna Beach police and the FBI are looking for a man who robbed the U.S. Bank on Wednesday, Lt. Jason Kravetz said.

Employees said the man gave a teller a note indicating that he was robbing the bank, Kravetz said. The teller complied with his demands and gave him an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect left the bank on foot and was last seen southbound on Second Street.

The suspect is described as a man in his 30s wearing blue jeans and a light-colored shirt. No weapon was seen. The FBI helped local police.
