SATURDAY: Shop for a cause at Neighborhood Congregational Church's Bargain Festival from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. , with proceeds to support the church's mission and ministry work in the local and global community and the Laguna Beach Resource Center. The event is free and filled with bargains for purchase at reasonable prices. Additional "end of day" bargains begin after lunch, and include the bargain clothing room's annual "stuff a bag" sale. Free parking in the church lot, 340 St. Ann's Drive.

SUNDAY: Enjoy closing weekend festivities at the three summer art festivals. Art-A-Fair has free admission all weekend; and a drawing for a new car will be held at the Sawdust Festival today. See page A7 for details.

Green/Blue Belt Tour

Join La Vida Laguna for the second Green Belt/Blue Belt Eco-Tour from 8 to 11 a.m. The tour meets at La Vida Laguna, 674 N. Coast Hwy. at 8 a.m. and begins with a paddle to the sea lion rookeries off Seal Rock. Then paddle to the kelp beds off Heisler Park, where "kelp lady" Nancy Caruso will speak about the underground eco-system. The group will then land on shore, and head to the Hortense Miller Gardens for a docent led tour and a snack. Cost is $75. For reservations, call (949) 275-7544.
