FRIDAY: Learn about your family's history at a free Genealogy Workshop sponsored by the Patience Wright Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution sponsors from noon to 4 p.m. at the Susie Q Center, 380 Third St. Open to anyone interested in tracing their family tree as well as in joining DAR. Estate Planning Series

The Laguna Beach Community Foundation continues its free eight-week workshop series, "It's Your Estate" from 1:30 to 3 p.m. in the Community Room at the Laguna Beach Community Center, 380 Third St. Keith D. Wisbaum, a Laguna Beach attorney, will lead a workshop titled "Elder Financial Abuse—Consequences of Fraudulent Affection."
