The Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce's Breakfast Workshop Series will present "To Catch a Thief," featuring speaker Det. Zac Martinez of the Laguna Beach Police Department. ARTS Anonymous

The group ARTS Anonymous will meet every Friday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at The Living Room, 303 Broadway, Suite 107.
