Photographer to appear at book store Laguna Beach Books will host Judith Fox, author of ?I Still Do: Loving and Living With Alzheimer?s,? to sign her book at 4 p.m. Sunday at 1200 S. Coast Hwy. Fox?s husband, Dr. Edmund Ackell, was a surgeon, a pilot and a golfer. Three years into their marriage, he was diagnosed with Alzheimer?s disease. Over 10 years, Alzheimer?s slowly took a toll on his ability to pursue his career and his hobbies. In an attempt to remove the sense of isolation that so many feel, Fox attempted to capture images of the soul of the man she still loves.
