North Coast Highway: A person reported that a person driving a BMW threw a soda can at their car at 6:52 p.m. Sunday. Reef Point: A Norwalk man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in 10:12 p.m. Saturday. Holly Street: Grand theft was reported in the 400 block at 4:39 p.m. Oct. 25. A person reported $30,000 worth of jewelry, clothing and cash was stolen. * Area 2 Laguna Canyon Road: A three-car collision was reported in the 2200 block at 3:07 p.m. Oct. 25. * Area 3 South Coast Highway: A person reportedly left a restaurant without paying their $12 bill in the 200 block at 11:15 p.m. Monday.
